UGPay Group AG is an investment holding company that united diversified businesses into a global income portfolio.

Everyone can buy a token, get a share in this portfolio and become a participant of profit distribution. Before launching a new visual stage, the company needed a systematic and premium brand packaging – to interact with investors, partners and media.

Project objectives

• Refresh the logo and visual identity, maintaining the continuity of the corporate identity but emphasizing status, reliability and international scale.
  
• Visualize areas of work (gold mining, film industry, diamonds, etc.), reflecting diversification and real assets.
  
• Develop a complete brandbook, graphic system and a set of secondary elements: crest, pattern, token, photo style and media.
  
• Create a premium corporate website with image presentation, sophisticated animation and clear information presentation structure.
  
• Prepare presentation and investment materials: whitepaper, onepager, corporate documents.
  
• Ensure visual integrity of all points of contact between the company and investors and target audience.

• Designed a majestic logo with continuity elements, visually reflecting capital, trust and scale.
  
• Created a strict and minimalistic corporate identity: professional fonts, muted blue and white palette, visual emphasis on stability.
