Complex design solution for a network of enterprises

Anar Lombard is a network of pawnshops in Kazakhstan, offering customers convenient and transparent conditions for obtaining loans against collateral. The company has implemented modern technologies that allow customers to assess the value of their property online through the official website or mobile application.

Anar Lombard faced the task of not just creating a website, but building a full-fledged digital presence that reflects the company’s modern approach to working with clients.

The key challenges we worked with were:

• To make the process of getting to know the services clear and simple: who we are, how we work, where we are located, what we accept as collateral.
  
• Realize an online tool that allows the client to pre-estimate the value of their item without visiting the office.
  
• Create an e-commerce platform through which you can conveniently sell goods from the pledge, with the possibility for network employees to replenish the catalog manually.
  
• Combine all of this in a single design, visually emphasizing the trust, simplicity and technology of the brand.

Results

• Conducted a market and competitor analysis to refine positioning and update the logo while maintaining recognition.
  
• We developed a modern website with sections: “About Company”, branch map, benefits, blog, promotions, contacts.
  
• We integrated an interactive quiz-configurator: the user evaluates the item, the data is sent to the manager, the answer comes via Telegram-bot.
  
• We created an online store with filtering and convenient search - both for users and managers, who can add new products independently.
  
• We developed unique visual content: banners, icons, micrographics, animations.
  
• We customized the administrative part of the site for the needs of the network: simplified moderation of goods and distribution by branches.
  
• We planned the next stage of digital development: CRM integration, improving the mobile experience, scaling e-commerce.
